This Cookie Policy explains how evoltLEDS uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, the purposes those technologies may serve, and the choices available to website visitors.

evoltLEDS is a trading name of evoltLED LLC. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes information practices more broadly.

We classify each technology by what it actually does, not by the vendor's label for it.

Analytics technologies do not receive raw Building Performance Review form content, raw Lighting Savings Calculator inputs, raw checklist responses, or other building conversation detail.

Where a conversion or interaction is measured, the measurement records that the interaction happened. It does not copy the submission into the measurement system.

Declining optional technologies does not block ordinary access to evoltLEDS content and does not prevent you from requesting contact, requesting a Building Performance Review, or using the Lighting Savings Calculator.

These are the standards we hold ourselves to. They describe our governance commitments, not a claim that every item is already verified in production.

• Maintain a production inventory of cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs, app scripts, and server-side tracking, classified by actual purpose rather than vendor label.
• Use Shopify-supported privacy mechanisms for Shopify-controlled technologies rather than manipulating platform cookies directly.
• Treat unknown or undecided consent as not affirmative consent. Where permission is required and the consent state cannot be reliably determined, optional tracking remains inactive.
• Propagate consent changes to downstream technologies, not merely to the visible banner.
• Prevent tag managers from bypassing consent decisions.
• Honour applicable browser and platform privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control where required by applicable law and supported configuration.
• Exclude personal information, raw form data, property detail, free text, utility information, raw calculator values, and checklist answers from analytics payloads.
• Reconcile the published inventory against observed production behaviour on a recurring basis.

The Lighting Savings Calculator runs entirely in your browser. Values you enter are used to display a result on your screen and are not transmitted to evoltLEDS unless you separately choose to send them.

Using the calculator does not create a lead, and a calculation is not treated as a request to be contacted.

This website serves a commercial and professional audience. That does not reduce the privacy expectations that apply to it.

We manage these technologies through a repeating process rather than a one-time review.

We may update this policy as the website, its technologies, or legal obligations change. The Last Updated date shown at the top of this page reflects the current version.

Consent given once is not treated as permanent. Where a consent mechanism exists, you may change your choice.
