Clear Answers Before You Commit to the Next Step.
Understand the building. Understand the process. Then decide what deserves to happen next.
Getting Started
Where does evoltLEDS start?
Building first. Decision second. Solution third.
Do I need to know the solution before contacting you?
No. The first step can simply be understanding the property and the question.
What is a Building Performance Review?
The BPR is a structured first step. It is not automatically a free audit, engineering study, proposal, or commitment to a project.
Lighting, Controls, Energy, and Execution
Where can a lighting modernization decision end up?
A modernization decision may lead to replace, retrofit, control, investigate further, or leave it alone.
A recommendation is more valuable when “do nothing yet” is allowed to be one of the answers.
How should lighting controls be decided?
Controls should follow the actual space and operating pattern.
The goal isn't to add the most controls. It's to apply the right level of control to the right spaces.
What does the calculator actually tell me?
The calculator models arithmetic using the assumptions you enter.
A calculator validates arithmetic. An assessment validates assumptions.
Can I count on an incentive?
Program rules, funding, timing, eligibility, approval, and payment can change.
A potential incentive and an approved incentive are not the same thing.
Which products and manufacturers do you use?
The building should determine the solution. Not a manufacturer.
How is project execution handled?
Execution should account for the actual occupied property, access, schedules, staging, sequencing, and approved scope.
Buildings, Portfolios, and Scope
Does my property type determine the answer?
Different property types create different questions. They do not automatically establish the answer.
What happens when a building needs specialized expertise?
A building-first approach includes knowing when the building requires expertise beyond our scope.
How does this work across a portfolio?
Comparable information can support portfolio priorities without assuming every building needs a project.
How are cost and proposals approached?
Project economics should identify assumptions.
A headline savings number is not a substitute for understanding the inputs.
Where do you work?
Metro Atlanta is the current primary geographic focus. Property fit and actual project requirements matter more than a city name.
What should I not send through a website form?
Please do not submit passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms.
What about services you may offer in future?
Our ambition can be larger than our current service list. Our claims should never be.
