Canceling an Order

Changing or Editing Address
- If you need to change or edit your shipping address, please contact us at hello@evoltleds.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will update your information accordingly.
Missing or Non-Delivery
- If your package is missing during delivery, we will refund the processing fee, shipping fee, and agreed product cost.
- If the logistics information shows a signed receipt but you claim the product has not been received and cannot provide proof of a non-signed receipt, we are not responsible for after-sales service.
- If delivery fails due to address problems or the recipient is unable to sign for the package, we are not responsible for after-sales service. A re-delivery fee may be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
Repair and Maintenance
- We do not offer repair services, either in-house or through authorized service centers.
Replacement and Returns
- We do not offer replacement or returns. However, if there is a quality problem with the product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
